We know that, for children, returning to life in lockdown and suddenly finding themselves isolated from friends and extended family again is not normal, nor is learning online and overcoming the challenges of using technology to access daily learning. To reduce anxiety and to overcome concerns before they become problems, we have launched Help4U. This is a service that will help us to identify and offer the appropriate emotional support. We have two fully trained Emotional Literacy Support Assistants in school and many staff have completed qualifications in mental health in young people. If your child/children need emotional support, then please email our new help line. This will be checked regularly by staff in school.
